RETURN POLICY
Q. What is leibowart return policy?
A. At leibowart we are committed to offering our customers the highest
quality products. We guarantee everything we sell. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us
within 10 days of receipt undamaged following the instructions below:

To do this, send us an email
to leibowart or call 1-888-932-5889.
If you are returning a print or a original work of art:
Please pack the item carefully in the original packing material
and return it to the address printed on your packing list. All returned
items must include a return number and be in the good condition.
leibowart is not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that
are returned to us and we cannot provide a refund for items returned
in poor condition.
Q. What should I do if my package was damaged during shipment?
A. Notify Air Borne Exspress immediately at 1-800-airborne (1800-247-2676).
They will ask you for the tracking number located on your shipping
label. Airborne will issue a claim number and instructions. Make
sure to save the carton and all packing materials. Please send an
email to leibowart or
call 1-888-932-5889 with your claim information and remember to
include your order number. Please do not return items damaged in
shipment directly to leibowart. We cannot insure that proper credit
will be issued if the above procedure is not followed.
Q. What do I do if my I open my package and my order is damaged
but the packaging is not?

A. If for any reason you wish to return your artwork, please contact
leibowart via email or
call 1-888-932-5889 within 10 days of receipt. All returns require
pre-authorization and must include a return number. Once you receive
authorization, simply fill out the return request form enclosed
with your order. Please pack the item carefully in the original
packing material and return it to the address printed on your packing
list to leibowart. We will refund your order price, less shipping
charges, upon receipt of your return. Please note, leibowart is
not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned
to us and we cannot provide a refund for items returned in poor
condition.
Q. I received the wrong item, how do I return it?
A. While we at leibowart strive for overall customer satisfaction,
an occasional mistake can happen. Simply contact leibowart via email
or call 1-888-932-5889 within 10 days of receipt. All returns require
pre-authorization and must include a return number. Once you receive
authorization, simply fill out the return request form enclosed
with your order. We will have a representative from Air Borne Exspress
pick up your package and send you a replacement or offer a refund.
We cannot insure that proper credit will be issued if the above
procedure is not followed.
Q. When will I receive credit for my return?
A. We will process your return and credit your account or you directly
when it is received at leibowart. We will send you an email notification
when your return is processed. Please note, leibowart is not responsible
for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to us and we cannot
provide a refund for items returned in poor condition. Please insure
all packeges with full amount of art work.
